The Event -

We will be hosting an event on Saturday, June 8, 2024. The event will also coincide with the Global Wellness Day and together we will explore these wellness concepts further. The event comes with talks and classes conducted by some of our wellness gurus and partners.

Spirit Stretch

• 0930 – 1000  Registration
• 1000 – 1040  Stretch and release with Tommy (40 mins)
• 1100 – 1140  Sound Bath Therapy with Henry (40 mins)
• 1200 – 1300 Kundalini Meditation with Owen (60 mins)
• 1315 – 1400  Hatha with Elias (40 mins)
• 1415 – 1500 Self Love & Emotional Mastery with Luke Elijah (40 mins)
• 1515 – 1600 Free Stretch to Relief Stiffness with Lana (40mins)
• 1615 – 1700 Yin Yoga with Gerald (40 mins)
