Trusting Intimacy

This is a specially curated, 4hr experience by Mayuko & Nadam for couples to drop into a mindful space and explore the concept of Trust and Intimacy. Combining Active Meditation, Movement, Beyond Meditation, Sound Bath and Journaling, you and your partner will be gently guided to discover your heartspace and the trust that awaits you.

The Program

• 9:00am-9:15am - Welcome
• 9:15am-10:15am - OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation. 

This is a sound-based technique with a component of deep intention. Tantric-inspired, the technique balances the masculine and feminine within each of us.

• 10:15am- 10:45am - Touch Exploration Eye-gazing. 

Inspired by contact dance, we explore boundaries, dynamics, flow through gentle movement leading into exploration of our deepest self through eye-gazing

• 10:45am- 11:00am - Toilet break
• 11:00am-12:00pm - Beyond Communication

This exploration of communication is designed to deepen trust and openness between them, building a communion. The technique is applicable to self, between partners/friends and in groups. Safe to trust to Intimacy judgment of what we want to share with friends. Preserving the feelings of each other.

• 12:00pm- 12:30pm - Sound Bath, Tibetan Bowls, Wind Chime, Ocean drum,
• 12:30pm-12:45pm - Journalling, Love letter to self
• 12:45pm- 1:00pm - Closing
