Trusting Intimacy
This is a specially curated, 4hr experience by Mayuko & Nadam for couples to drop into a mindful space and explore the concept of Trust and Intimacy. Combining Active Meditation, Movement, Beyond Meditation, Sound Bath and Journaling, you and your partner will be gently guided to discover your heartspace and the trust that awaits you.
The Program
9:00am-9:15am - Welcome
9:15am-10:15am - OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation.
This is a sound-based technique with a component of deep intention. Tantric-inspired, the technique balances the masculine and feminine within each of us.
